Refund Policy

At pawdog.net, we offer a customer-friendly return policy that is both flexible and socially responsible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  support@pawdog.net and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will then assist you in finding a satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that at pawdog.net, we do not resell worn or used items. Instead, we donate them to our partner shelters and rescue centers, such as the SPCA, to help support their efforts to care for animals in need.

Q1: Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are only given for defective or damaged products and will be the full order amount minus shipping costs. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us at  support@pawdog.net for assistance.

Q2: How do I return an item(s)?

  • To initiate a return, simply send an email to  support@pawdog.net with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Q3: When can I expect a refund?

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Q4: Sale items (if applicable)

  • Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and orders processed with a coupon code are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

If you’re shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as pawdog.net cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
